Our Services

Our CMS is built upon our proprietary platform, Certainty. It is designed to enhance the workflows in nonprofit organizations. Our system provides essential case-related features such as tracking case details, managing client information, assigning tasks to staff members, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders.

The fundraising solutions we offer vary depending on the requirements of an organisation. These can include donation portals, donor management systems and API integrations with external fundraising platforms such as Giving.sg. Our solutions help to streamline an organisation’s fundraising efforts and manage relationships with donors.

We recommend VMSs that match the needs of an organisation as these systems have different levels of functionalities. Scheduling, reporting and data capture are some basic features of a VMS, while skills matching, QR code check-ins and background checks are more advanced features. These systems help organisations coordinate and engage their volunteers, ensuring volunteers are involved and engaged.
